Cheque Book Issuance Charges
a) Savings Bank :
In SB Accounts of individuals – 40 leaves will be free in a financial year. Free supply of cheque books in a SB a/c will be on pro-rata basis, i.e. 20 cheque leaves for -6- months and/or part thereof. )

Full Processing Fee as per existing schedule of charges + an additional fee of Rs. 2.00 lacs to be collected in respect of term loan applications where the amount of loan is over Rs. 1 crore (no separate additional fee need to be collected where only working capital facility are applied for) The aforesaid will also be subject to the proviso that – a) In case for any reason the final proposal is not sanctioned 50% of the fee collected (i.e. processing fee and additional fee) will be refunded. b) In case the final proposal is sanctioned and the borrower avails the facility the advance fee collected will be adjusted /refunded against the total fee chargeable as per the extant guidelines.
Additional Service Charges @ 10.30% on the additional fee of Rs. 2.00 Lacs.
(C) Commitment Charges - Commitment charges are levied in case of non utilization/ under utilization of working capital limits for advance account with fund based working capital limits of Rs. 100 lacs (One crore) and above

In case of Agricultural Advances, processing charges are to be recovered on all fresh sanctions and renewals. No processing charges in case of Govt. sponsored schemes and Direct Agricultural advances up to Rs. 2/- lacs.
Advances under consortium : Processing charges to be levied as per consortium agreement.
Loan against Government Securities UTI/Mutual Fund Units, NSCs, KVPs – Rs. 110/- flat charges. In addition to flat charges out of pocket expenses & actual conveyance should also be recovered.

Periodical Transfer of funds by DD / MT from one account to another in same Bank @ Rs. 0.50 per thousand subject to following conditions: (i) From Collection Accounts (i.e. accounts wherein no debit transactions other than such periodical funds transfer entries are reflected) to the principal account of the same organization.
(ii) Advances/Borrowal A/Cs: From one account to any other account of same organization. When debit balances are transferred, interest for the transit period should be recovered.

No exchange should be charged on DDS purchased by our Bank on behalf of their customers provided Branches levy full charges from their customers at rates not below specified rates of Bank of Baroda.
