Farmers Club Programme

    • The principle of “Development through credit” through formation of Krishak Clubs has been implemented by the bank for inculcating the farmers to adopt modern & scientific techniques of farming.
    • A group of 10-15 progressive farmers of a village can associate to form a Krishak Club.
    • The facilities being provided by NABARDto the farmers club are :

        • Meet with the experts programme once in a quarter.
        • Spot & support Programme.
        • Maintenance expenses for the first three years.
        • State Level Award to the outstanding Krishak Clubs.
        • Rural Mart Scheme for facilitating marketing platform for the produce of the farmers.
